Camberwell’s homes, with views of the rooftop city and forty years of family memories, sold for $4.298 billion under a hammer, were stuffed indoors to avoid the rain in front of a crowded crowd.

The five-bedroom Victorian mastery on 9 Avenue Rd has been around for over 40 years until Saturday’s auction brought a crowd of about 80 people into the expansive open-plan living area of ​​the home.

Despite the weather, four local families competed for keys, two of which pushed the price higher by $3.95 million in market figures.
