Mail delivery method (route, post office, cluster mailbox)

Sewer/wastewater treatment

You will be asked to clarify:

Is the house connected to a public sewer or a septic tank system
If using lift pump
Any known issues, inspections, repairs or past service dates
Is the septic tank system abandoned or removed

Environmental information

This section focuses on known or suspected environmental hazards, including:

Drainage issues, soil settlement or grading issues
Noise pollution or nearby nuisance (e.g. landfills, railway lines)
Hazardous materials such as lead paint, asbestos or ra
Flood zone status, mold problems or past flooding
