TARDIS-style townhouses in the Victorian region, priced at $310,000-341,000.
The one-bedroom home is located in 51 Leahys Lane in Timboon, a 12-Apostle food trail, and the town is famous for its artisanal food, music festivals and nearby Campbell National Park.
The residence is unit 714 m² and was created by Melbourne-based prefabricated modular seating designers and builders anchored the house.

Ray White Country Timboon Principal Gerard Delaney said the “fashionable” house is like the doctor, his famous time travel tardis because it has a larger interior than the outside suggests.
“It really suits one person, a couple, short-term accommodation or investors,” Mr Delaney said.
The living and dining areas feature fuel heating and splitting systems, while the kitchen comes with grey subway tiles and storage.

The deck has plenty of room for eating, entertaining or enjoying fresh air.
Other highlights are covered shutters with custom retractable screen doors, a glass sliding door with two built-in wardrobes and bedrooms.
The laundry opens the garden of display decks, sheds, water tanks and wooden boxes, and even has a solar system.
Mr Delaney said the owner had asked Anchor Homes to modify one of its usual two-bedroom designs into a one-bedroom residence.
“It’s in a beautiful neighborhood, right next to the hospital and the school,” he added.

There are two built-in closets and direct access to the back yard via sliding doors.
Waiting for council approval, another home can be installed on the block or even on the pool.
“You can jump directly from the deck into the pool,” Mr. Delaney said.
In 2024, Timboon won the “Top Tourism Town” category at the Victoria Tourism Commission’s annual award.
The area competes in other towns and has a population of 1,500 residents, including Arthurs Seats, Duke, Codruck and Trouville.
“This is the new Daylesford, it is happening,” Mr Delaney said.
The townhouse will be auctioned at 3pm on May 10.
