Chelsie Cargill of RT Edgar said Mr Taylor lives in the 170-square-foot residence with his family and their pet dog Alby, who is in some list photos.

“It’s a house-sized apartment that’s hard to explore, and it really stands out in its amazing size and space – a rare gem in the market today,” Ms. Cargill said.

The Taylors have extensively renovated the home since purchasing it.

Ms. Cangill said: “Wow, wow factor is in the open living and kitchen area.”

“They burned the apartment and put it in a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry.”

The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and ensuite, while other highlights include study, double-glazed bedroom windows, plumbing heating and cooling, intercom access, basement parking, and a public swimming pool leading to the complex.

Ms. Cargill said she hopes interested buyers include families who want convenience in locations near cities, restaurants, Albert Park golf courses and Church Street.

“It could be an interstate, wanting a place in Melbourne when you’re traveling in Melbourne, obviously you’ll have top-notch seats to watch the Grand Prix at home,” she said.

The home will be auctioned at 10 a.m. on May 31.
