Mount Waverley estate has two homes, including dedicated gaming and entertainment venues, for $5 million in sales.

Between them, the residence boasts an outdoor football field, a wine cellar that houses over 1,500 bottles and a home theater designed by Warner Bros. engineers.

Property developer Michael Biviano and his wife Kerryn bid farewell to their address to raise their sons Christian and Jacob.

The football field was installed for Jacob, who had been experimenting with European football clubs as a teenager.

However, he decided to pursue a career in real estate and is now a Ray White Waverley Regional Manager.

He is supervising the sales of the houses where his young people live.

More than a decade ago, his parents bought the existing home at 11-13 Miller Cres.

Wanting to stay in Waverley Hills but seeking more space, they decided not to move to a larger mat in another suburb.

Instead, the couple commissioned the original residence builder and wolf architect to create a separate residence on a block of 1243 square meters, serving as a gaming and entertainment epicenter.

Both houses have a kitchen.

The second residence features art room, billiards room, climate controlled wine cellar, Pilates area, with TV, gym, kitchen, bathroom and double garage.

However, the home theater has a 343 cm wide screen (135 inches) and 16-bit speakers are part of the main five-bedroom home, and there is a three-car garage.

Other highlights include a 12.5 million-dollar pool, deck, barbecue board and front fence built from 110-year-old wood recycled from the former Mornington Pier.

“The main selling point of the house is that during the time of Kuved, it was great because you can live independently,” Jacob said.

His family hosted a large number of birthdays and parties at the property, with one of about 100 guests attending an event.

“The football field is an outdoor area that can be used as an entertainment area or a sports area,” Jacob said.

“I think it’s the same size as about three-quarters of a tennis court.”

He added that while the second house is used for gaming and entertainment, it can be easily used for multigenerational life.

The houses are also on two different titles.

“So if you want to separate them in the future and sell them separately, you can,” Jacob said.
