Nicole Kidman’s popular mini series of luxury homes are for sale at a huge record price.

The sticker rose yesterday at a 13-bedroom home in Ewingsdale, Ewingsdale, hinterland in Byron Bay, and although Sotheby’s agent Will Phillips would not discuss the results, the source said it made a revenue between $10 million and $10 million.

Break the suburb record.

The series is based on Liane Moriarty’s bestseller and centers on nine “Strangers” who attended the AA boutique health and wellness resort called Tranquillum House, seeking transformation and recovery.

The plan was that they got rid of their luggage and found a better lifestyle, and Kidman was “Masha”, a Russian-born woman who runs a healthy retreat. Luke Evans is another star.

In real life, the nine hectares of property is called SOMA, which is owned by media and technology entrepreneurs Peter Ostick and Meditation Guru Gary Garory.

Goro apparently provides guidance to the producers in the rituals and spiritual scenes of the show.

Records show that Ostick and Gorrow purchased the property for $1.8 million in 2016, and within two years they helped design the main residence with his brother, designer and co-founder of Ksubi and Ricky Sunur, Indonesian architect.

The main house is surrounded by glass walls.
