An unusual advertising campaign for Glen Waverley’s house, which involved Spanish bullfighters and bull clothing, has earned $1.7 million in return.

Bigginscott director Ming XU filmed a list video with agent partner Eric Liu while dressing up as a character.

Inspired by the Spanish mission-style facade of the house, the clip shows the Bullfighter defeating the Bulls.

Colleagues put on their outfits again at the weekend auction and sold to a young couple at a five-bedroom residence in two Callaghan Ave, one of three bidders.

Mr Xu said the house was placed on the market with a bid of $1.65 million.

This is not his first time in a weird sport.

In February, he had the listing of the Mulgrave House owned by an assistant director’s family, who knew Hollywood actor Liam Neeson.

Mr. Liu entered the spirit of editing.

They recruited Neeson to voiceover for online editing of the house, a tribute to the tongue of filming.

“I think creative marketing strategies help in a variety of ways, including using social media videos, which helps to attract access to goods to market,” Mr Xu said.

“When buyers look at 20, 30 or more properties online, it will stand out in their minds.”

He said, in addition, seeing two agents dressed up for the costumes auctioned on Saturday helped relax some of the nervous bidders.

Mr. Xu is also known as “El Toro” in the listing video.

Close to the city, a two-bedroom home located in 1 Cremorne ST in Fitzroy, was snapped up by a third-year college student for $1.022 million, whose mother helped him financially and bid on Saturday.

Nelson Alexander partner Mark Verrocchi said the leader was an investor in Sydney.

“The auction started with a $900,000 supplier bid, which is near the top of the product range for $10.222 billion,” Mr Verrocchi said.

The house is close to Brunswick Street, the Melbourne Museum, the Royal Exhibition Building and Carlton Gardens.

The college student also received the support of his partner and aunt’s auction, and he was “ecstatic” to buy the house.

“For a compact piece of land, this is an affordable entry point for Fitzroy.”

According to PropTrack, Victoria’s scheduled rate starts with 421 early results this week.

More than 670 auctions are planned across the state next week.
