In a rising suburb, a luxurious five-bedroom home near Buckleys Falls in Highton beat $3 million.

After its first launch last spring, the sprawling two-story home built by a custom builder signed home recently sold for $3.1 million.

The seven-year-old residence was originally offered off the freight yard, and conducted numerous private inspections before it was launched for a $3.15 million to $3.35 million hope, and later cut a single price of $3.1 million, she said.

“We have a few people who are really interested in throwing numbers in the $2 million range,” Ms. Koda said.
