The Point Piper 4 Wyuna Rd costs $23.5 million.

Lowes Heir Josh Penn and his husband Ben Palmer sold their Wyuna Rd Point Piper Mansion for $23.5 million.

It is understood that the couple, along with 6-year-old Brooklyn and 4-year-old daughter Blake, focus on renovating the Pennsylvania family palace in Cap’D’Ail in southern France, where they intend to spend some time there some time next year.

They are also now debating whether to move to their former Double Bay home, now rebuilt, or another Eastern Suburban mansion that has obviously been purchased, which is “quite substantial”.

Penn and Palmer are listed as co-owners of Capri Land Champions, and together with Penn’s parents David and Linda Penn, have 70% ownership.

But now for sale through Monika Tu and Black Diamonz’s Jad Khattar, Tom Penfold of Cohen Handler has introduced the buyer.

There was initially a $28 million hope.

Penn and Palmer, who lived in Capri during a three-year reconstruction at 7 Carlotta Rd Double Bay, acquired in 2020 for $6.7 million, is clearly “incredible” and can be almost moved in.

There are currently no clues about the location of other “substantive” properties that have not been resolved.

Wyuna Rd Residence was formerly owned by Mark Moran and his interior decor wife Evette.

This historic home in the 723 m2 block offers harbour views, internal lifts, multiple balconies, manicured grounds and a swimming pool.

Penn and Palmer initially intended for a major renovation, but ended up just landscaping and adding lighting in the garden.

Josh Penn and mother Mother Linda are numerous philanthropists and CEOs of the $800 million Lowes Menswear, recently raised up to $84.3 million for the Golden Dinner for the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation.
