James Packer will continue to expand his multi-million dollar real estate empire.

News.com.au reports that the Australian car just allocated up to $110 million ($174 million) in a large marijuana in Bel-Air, California.

The sprawling property features 10 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, 14 fireplaces, two pools, a traditional hammam, 20 bathrooms in the car park and moroccan mosaic tiles.

The three-story house also has a wine cellar with its own dining room and a Baroque cinema with murals on the ceiling.

The latest purchase is a small part of the impressive real estate portfolio of merchants, owning homes in the United States, Australia, Mexico, Argentina and Israel.

Beverly Hills

Packer snapped up the Beverly Hills mansion in 2018 for a cool $60 million ($93.34 million).

The family, formerly owned by Hollywood star Danny Devito, includes a three-story attached residence, as well as a separate maid quarter and a hotel.

The seven-bedroom property includes a home theater with a bar, game room, wine cellar, resort-style pool and cigar lounge.

The main suite features a fireplace, living room, double bathroom and terrace.

In 2023, the famous casino tycoon listed a sprawling estate with a price of $85 million ($132 million).

Last year, Packer evacuated the property from the market after failing to find a buyer.

In 2017, the former media tycoon squandered $60 million on two-level mats at the Sydney Crown Resort.

Argentina

The former Crown chairman inherited the residential area of ​​La Ellerstina Polo Club in Buenos Aires from his father Kerry Packer, who co-founded the property with Polo Legend Gonzalo Pieres SNR.

Packer told the Telegraph that he bought a house in Tel Aviv, next door to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
