James Packer will continue to expand his multi-million dollar real estate empire.
News.com.au reports that the Australian car just allocated up to $110 million ($174 million) in a large marijuana in Bel-Air, California.
The sprawling property features 10 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, 14 fireplaces, two pools, a traditional hammam, 20 bathrooms in the car park and moroccan mosaic tiles.
The three-story house also has a wine cellar with its own dining room and a Baroque cinema with murals on the ceiling.

The latest purchase is a small part of the impressive real estate portfolio of merchants, owning homes in the United States, Australia, Mexico, Argentina and Israel.
Beverly Hills
Packer snapped up the Beverly Hills mansion in 2018 for a cool $60 million ($93.34 million).
The family, formerly owned by Hollywood star Danny Devito, includes a three-story attached residence, as well as a separate maid quarter and a hotel.
The seven-bedroom property includes a home theater with a bar, game room, wine cellar, resort-style pool and cigar lounge.
The main suite features a fireplace, living room, double bathroom and terrace.
In 2023, the famous casino tycoon listed a sprawling estate with a price of $85 million ($132 million).
Last year, Packer evacuated the property from the market after failing to find a buyer.

Baruaroo
In 2017, the former media tycoon squandered $60 million on two-level mats at the Sydney Crown Resort.
At that time, $26 million of Sydney apartments were sold and set up Sydney’s Opera Residences Penthouse in 2016.
Said to be worth $100 million, the luxurious “Sky House” offers stunning views of the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge.
The packers renovated the apartment, installed elevators and removed stairs, which included Scandinavian bleached birch, rippled textured bronze glass and Greek silver vein slabs.
When he bought the house, Packer planned that his ex-wife Erica would decorate.
The couple previously shared a home in East Sydney and sold in 2015 for $70 million.

Argentina
The former Crown chairman inherited the residential area of La Ellerstina Polo Club in Buenos Aires from his father Kerry Packer, who co-founded the property with Polo Legend Gonzalo Pieres SNR.
Named after the Parker family’s Australian polo property in Elston, New South Wales, the estate has eight polo fields, seven horses with 268 boxes, two sports tracks, a school arena, a tennis court and an 18-hole golf course.
It breeds and sells horses from embryos to studs, conducts annual horse auctions, hosts its own Gold Cup Championships, and holds the next generation polo championship at Polo Week School.

Aspen
In 2013, Packer and his then-wife Erica invested $20 million in a luxury estate in Aspen, Colorado.
The seven-bedroom compound features a cinema, a game room with billiards, a library, a bar, a steam room and a artificial lake with a waterfall.
Other amenities include a state-of-the-art kitchen with island breakfast benches, a medieval-style dining room and a living room overlooking the scenic hills.

Israel
The wealthy bought a house in Israel in 2015 behind a friendship with Arnon Milchan, a high-profile independent film producer in Hollywood.
Packer told the Telegraph that he bought a house in Tel Aviv, next door to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
But the purchase price and other details of the home are not yet clear.
Cabo San Lucas
Three years after construction, Packer paid the final touches to his massive $50 million Mexican compound ($50 million) in 2021.
The sprawling single-story estate occupies one of the largest waterfront neighborhoods in Cabo San Lucas on the California Peninsula of Baja, Mexico.
The billionaire began building on palatial homes after purchasing the location in 2018.
The mansion was stuffed behind towering walls on the street. Seven separate buildings make up the residence and feature a large open-air patio, an infinity pool and manicured lawn.
