Captain Maroon summoned time during Manly’s career, and these homes for sale may comply with the bill for driving north.
After 15 years of playing for the manly Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, NRL star Daly Cherry-Evans confirmed last week that the 2025 season will be his last at the club.
The 36-year-old Premier League champion centre-back has yet to decide whether he will play at another club next year, but that hasn’t stopped guessing where if DCE stays in another season.
Any change will be a big change for Cherry-Evans, who played 333 games for many and has been captaining the team since 2017.
Rumors are spinning around potential suitors in 2026, and returning to Queensland may be coming as multiple clubs look to add experienced centre-backs to their roster.
Headquartered in Redcliffe, North Brisbane, NRL Newcomers The Dolphins is the leader in the competition that ensures its service.
North Queensland Cowboys, Gold Coast Titans and Sydney Roosters have also been identified as Cherry in 2026 – Evans’ potential clubs.

With potential movement at the end of the year, finding a place of residence on the priority list will be high, and now there are many properties on the market that are ideal.
DCE is no stranger to real estate, and has reached many property deals over the years, while accumulating property portfolios in northern Sydney beaches and other regions.
Having become accustomed to the seaside lifestyle, it is safe to assume that he longs for his home by the water.
He may also provide plenty of space for his family of five and not far from the base of his potential new club.
Depending on where he landed, these properties may now be just tickets to rugby heroes.
dolphin
These dolphins were natural for Cherry-Evans, who grew up in Redcliffe and started his football career with the Dolphins at the age of five. This is also where his father, Troy Evans, played in the 1980s.
The experienced half are ready to make the top five players in the league at the end of the season and will be the perfect mentor for 21-year-old organizer Isaiya Katoa.

On the beachfront real estate side, DCE is more than the five-bedroom, three-story house on the three-story of Redcliffe.
The house built in 2018 is just footsteps on the beach and offers sea views from the balcony as well as a pool and ground entertainment area. The dolphin’s home is within a 10-minute drive.
If prioritized on his potential new workplace, Newport can’t beat in this five-bedroom beachfront home at 28 Mariner Court.

The 532 m2 house is located on the canal near the stadium and includes a swimming pool and multiple living areas – perfect for a growing family.
North Queensland cowboys
Another Queensland club in the run is the North Queensland Cowboys in Townsville, where Cherry-Evans can connect with the original half of his partner Tom Dearden.
The champion’s centre-back will be exactly the fate required for understressed clubs as he started the season slowly with only one win in four games.

After moving from Sydney’s expensive northern beaches, Cherry-Evans was pleasantly surprised by the distance his dollar was in Townsville, where homes were much cheaper.
Even the wide Queensland hillside at 5 Queenston Courthouse, Castle Hill costs just $1.79 million, about one-third of the estimated value of his current Sydney home.

It consists of five bedrooms, three bathrooms, three living areas and two study areas and a swimming pool.
Gold Coast Titan
The Gold Coast Titans, led by former manly Des Hasler, is another option, although it’s a shaky choice.
The club will need to forgive Cherry-Evans’ infamous 2015 rebound when he breached a contract to move to the Titans, instead favoring staying at Manly in the wealthiest deal of the league at the time – a one that took him to the end of his career.
DCE was very committed to moving to the Gold Coast and even bought a house at Mermaid Beach for $1.45 million, and eventually downloaded the property for $200,000 after a few years of deciding to stick with Manly.
If he did move to Titan, he might regret not sticking to that house – the median house price at Mermaid Beach rose by more than $2 million, or about 165% since he purchased it.

Fortunately, there are many other clans in the area that are suitable for cherry cargo, including this newly renovated four-bedroom home at 58 Messines Crescent in Miami.
It comes with a swimming pool, strolls to the beach and is auctioned this weekend.
Another option next to the coast is 51 Palm Beach, a four-bedroom home with a two-bedroom inn.

This may generate additional revenue streams, thereby strengthening his existing portfolio.
Sydney Rooster
If Cherry-Evans chooses to stay in Sydney, then the cock is also a strong contender. After several major departures last year, clubs in the Eastern Suburban have plenty of room on the salary cap and can promote their organizer stocks, while experienced Half Chad Townsend was signed until the end of the year.
The combination of DCE, who is expected to return from the ACL injury at the end of the season and rising star Sam Walker will be one of the league’s most worried and slam the cock into the Premier League with a firm grip.

If Cherry-Evans moved to the cock and were reluctant to cross the bridge, then the Hewlett Street 105 in Bronte certainly looked attractive.

With panoramic sea views, cantilever infinity pool and healthy space on the ground floor, the newly built property will be the right home for the rugby league hero to complete his career.
