Ceres 4 Thomas Street attended the auction on June 14 for a price guide of $1.5 million.


It seems that this will be in those years in Ceres, the village of Barrabool Hills, with the arrival of the real estate boom, homes are currently selling like hot cakes.

This year is not big enough, and four houses have changed hands on Ceres, one-fifth of which are being sold.

For a tight village with about 70 homes, this is twice as much as the average sales in the past 20 years, excluding properties passed through the home.

Auctions are often a big event in Ceres, and HF Richardson Newtown director Matt Poustie reports that this is no different from Thomas St. 4.

“We hope the other two groups will compete, but the timing of funding limits that, so it boils down to one political party.”

Mr Poustie said the location was prestigious and most interested was positive feedback on the character’s house and land size.

“Most people will seek to do some renovations, which may limit some buyers, who are just not ready for something they encounter with the builder,” he said.

“I think in five to six months, some people may look back and regret it.”

Mr Posti said there was significant interest in the property in the first two weeks of the campaign, saying that growing confidence led to more homes for sale in Ceres.

“It’s just the time to come, and a lot of people don’t want to put properties in the market, but just over the past six months, people have more confidence in the buyers being there.”

“It’s interesting because it’s on a location over half an acre. It’s a real blue chip location because it’s not on the main road.

“Thomas St has some great homes and it’s hard to get over half an acre of land in Ceres. It thinks it would look like a good purchase and once it’s renovated, it’s going to be a big property.”
