Kamal and his family, wife Sweetie and their two children, Harvey, 11, and Aaron Sandhu, 7, are selling for $745,000 in their Fraser Rise home.
Kamal and Sweetie Sandhu watched their Fraser Rise Home rise in value alongside the kids for an unexpected surprise sale of over $250,000.
They also earn $30,000 more than their recent sales revenue, and now it’s a long way to go with the next address.
The couple arrived from the UK in 2010 and will soon move into the larger home they built nearby, along with 11-year-old Harvey and 7-year-old Aaron.

After the pair paid $488,000 for their first property in 2016, they said the unexpected final sale price was faster than expected, which was crucial for them to be able to rise locally.
“When we first moved in, it felt like the suburbs – there was a lot of empty land.”
“But now everything around us has been filled. It’s a suitable suburb.”
The home used to be a long-term investment in the couple, but the transfer of interest rates, land taxes and family demand changed the path.
Fraser Rise has been growing rapidly since Sandhus purchased in 2016, one of Melbourne’s best-performing seller suburbs.
The Sandhu family will build a new five-bedroom home nearby after the sale in Fraser Rise.
They are now building a five-bedroom, double-storey Hampton-style home to better accommodate working from home and visiting family.
“When families visit, we need more space,” Mr. Sand said.
“This will be our forever home.”
Kamal Sandhu said the diversity of the region, schools and easy access to Caroline Springs makes it ideal for raising children.
The family chose Fraser to be close to Caroline Springs and its multicultural community.
While the growing convenience of the suburbs may help their results, Mr. Sand said they also devoted their work to the best presentation of the house and paid off.
“We sorted out and cleaned the garden and just made sure it felt open,” he said.
The family organizes and stylizes the house in hopes of the best results.
“We also did some minor restorations around the house, but nothing major, but small things will make everything change.”
With the upgrade of the Melton Line and Sunshine Station, he expects demand in the region to rise further.
Sandhus made over $250,000 on their Fraser Rise property, upgrading their family home.
“Every 10 minutes the train is a game-changer,” he said.
“When I first got here, I leaned on the train. Now my kids will grow up, too.”
Even though they won’t leave the suburbs, it’s still exciting to say goodbye on the street.
“We have friends and people we know here. It would be a pity to say goodbye.”
