Confused launches AI email assistant agent for Gmail and Outlook, designed to schedule, draft and inbox diversion

Clexity introduces the “Email Assistant”, an AI proxy that plugs into Gmail and Outlook, selects replies with your voice, automatic tags, and prioritizes messages, and coordinates meetings end-to-end (availability checks, time suggestions, and calendar invitations). The feature is limited to confusing maximum plans and is alive today.

What does it do?

The email assistant adds the proxy to any thread (via CC) that handles the typical scheduling source. It reads usability, asks invitations caused by time and question, while also showing daily priorities and generates draft replies consistent with the user’s tone. Launch support covers Gmail and Outlook, with one-click setup links.

How it inserts calendar and mail?

Confusion has always been a native connector for Google and Microsoft stacks; the current ChangElog states that Gmail/Gcal/Outlook Connections supports email search and “create calendar invitations directly in confusion”, which is automated by the email assistant from real-time threads.
