Nelson Alexander Carlton North Agent Rick Daniel said the house was an opportunity a generation once bought on its very close streets.

“The real estate at the location, especially Carlton Street, is really hard to get, especially the larger terrace,” Daniel said.

“Inflation is falling, elections are called, and the rest of the time will look positive,” Lynch said.
