Welcome to a world where the now normal effort to get the first home in the Australian capital city, usually not applicable.
And, this is not even some pensions proposed by Mom and Dad to raise some currency, which is your deposit.
For the rich and well-known heirs and heirs (some of them billionaires), there was no need for a lot of dining or vacations for years.
The first mattress is also not a small bed overlooking the highway – they will likely go to something more grand and end up handing it over to the keys of the family mansion in Vaucluse or Kew.
However, you may be surprised to find that not all the children of famous Australians are dirty rich.

Jackson Warne
The son of Jackson Warne, 26, the late cricket legend Shane Warne is showing signs of a real estate enthusiast like his father and has a business relationship with property tycoon Tim Gurner.

Last year, he was announced as the face of Saint Haven, a Gurner $150 million private membership club, and was known as Saint.
“I’m glad to be the ambassador for the new @SaintPrivateClub!” he said in the clip he shared with Instagram.
Jackson and his siblings Brooke, 27, and Brooke, 23, inherited the $21 million fortune of nearly all of their late fathers, about $6.41 million each.
His property includes $3 million in banks; $6.5 million in Melbourne’s seaside home, about $3 million in stock and $2 million in personal belongings, including motorboats. Father Bank should have a good setup for young Vaugnes.
Robert Irwin
Like many 21-year-olds, Robert Irwin, son of the late Legendary Zoo and conservationist Steve Irwin, still lives with his mother Terri at the Australian Zoo on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
His 27-year-old sister Bindi, along with her husband Chandler Powell and daughter Grace Warrior Irwin Powell, also live there.
Earlier this year, Robert Irwin promoted bond underwear behind the scenes imagery in the United States. Image: Provided
Robert, also a zookeeper, TV show host and actor, shot an interesting tiktok video two years ago called “New House Alert – Exclusive View to My New Place”, where he showed off his new rent inland.
Spoiler Alert: The front steps he “just put in” collapsed on the road into the rusty tin shed, and the situation inside did not improve.
“It’s just a great place to entertain – these guys love it,” he said.
You might think that the descendants of famous Steve will inherit a fortune after his father’s death and be able to buy a luxury home, but that’s not the case – his life insurance is only $200,000.
Most of the money spent on the zoo, and he and Bindy will undoubtedly have a day.
Justin Hemmes
Justin Hemmes, 52, CEO of Merivale Hospitality Group, lives in a 7,000-square-foot waterfront mansion on a legacy called the Hermitage in Sydney’s Vaucluse, estimated to be worth about $200 million.

Justin Hemmes’ home, the Winter Palace in Vaucluse.
His parents, the late John Hemmes and Merivale’s mother, paid cash in 1975 for the first sale of $1 million in Australia. The former owner even threw it into the furniture.
In 2011, Justin moved in. Although many 39-year-olds today add personal touch to their first home by updating the kitchen door handles, he made a comprehensive multi-million dollar change to grow up on his and his sister Bettina’s 1831 Gothic home.
“We have a lot of fun in maintaining the legacy part,” Hams told Vogue in 2015.
Five metres of steel and glass doors were installed to open the first floor and enjoy the magnificent harbor view.

Anthony Pratt
One of the wealthiest people in Melbourne (and Australia) is cardboard king Anthony Pratt, who inherited control of the $3.5 billion Visy packaging business from his late father Richard in 2009.
That’s not all he inherits: He and his family now live in the list of Italian mansions on the estate, Raheen, which owns a 2ha Garden with 2 hectares of gardens in the exclusive Kew, now worth over $100 million.
Richard and his wife Jeanne acquired Raheen from the Catholic Church in 1981, but the number was unknown. Of course, they did extensive Reno, which included new wings designed by Glen Murcutt. Then, Anthony made another big Reno in 2016.
Francesca Packer-Barham
It’s a different story for the granddaughter of the late billionaire Kerry Packer, the granddaughter of Gretel and the niece of British Nick Barham and James Packer.
When she was 21 in 2016, she bought the Potts Point Apartment for $2.1 million, and then sold it for $500,000 four years later at the age of 25.

Her next property is an all-floor apartment, enjoying Sydney’s 360-degree view over the building horizon designed by Harry Seidler in Darlinghurst for $16 million.
Last year, it sold for $27.5 million through MALOUF director David Malouf.
The young socialite was then considering buying several apartments on the exclusive Billyard Ave of the Elizabeth Bay development, but decided to object.
There is no doubt that she lives in the UK now, no doubt.
Christian Wilkins
Many people may think that model and actor Christian Wilkins is the son of famous veteran TV host Richard Wilkins, who may also have a silver spoon in his mouth.
But with five children to four different mothers, our celebrity on screen Journo is always on his plate.

Plus, he had to cut his salary on Channel 9 recently to only reach $20,000, reporting that his rock star lifestyle is under threat.
This left Christian almost with his own resources until 2020, at the age of 25, when he bought a quirky one-bedroom terrace on a 65-square-meter block in Surry Hills, buying his first home for $1.025 billion, a quirky one-bedroom terrace.
“I can’t fall asleep even at 2 a.m., but I love it,” he told Stellar.
“I feel safe and accepted and I am very grateful to my community.”
Then last June, he sold it for $1.25 million.
The program is to spend more time in Los Angeles, working on his performances and presentation prospects. He has signed a contract with a Los Angeles talent agency.
Josh Payne
It is the children of successful businessmen that really come true, such as the three children of Josh Penn, Josh Penn, Los Men’s CEO Linda Penn and dentist David David Penn.
His fellow countrymen bought him a two-bedroom apartment at Chatsworth House opposite the luxurious family mansion Villa Veneta.

Next is a Double Bay home that will sell for $6.7 million in 2020. Then there is the Wyuna Rd, the $16 million from the Point Piper Mansion, which was recently sold for $23.5 million. Josh’s next home revolves around mystery, but it’s known to be a “quite substantial” suburb.
Then there is a palace in Cap’D’Ail in southern France, currently under renovation, where Pennsylvania intends to spend some time.
Thankfully, a Pennsylvania family worth about $800 million, gave back – Josh and his mom raised up to $84.3 million at a recent golden dinner for the Sydney Children Hospital Foundation.
Ryan Stokes
Old money always wins a day, and Ryan Stokes, the billionaire’s son, seven West Chairman Kerry Stokes, and his second wife, Denise Bryant, owns a range of properties. Ryan, 41, serves on the senior board and executive roles of his father’s business empire, including CEOs of seven group holding companies.

He and his wife, Claire Campbell, own a $16 million marriage home in Darling Point, Sydney.
They also own two million seafronts in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast and a two-bedroom penthouse in Walsh Bay, which they sold.
Dad Kerry made his own fortune at Perth Real Estate and then made the most of his opportunities through his seven networks and Western Australians and the lucrative Westlake Caterpillar machinery business. Although not homemade, Ryan is now bringing dollars, with a reported salary of $11.69 million.

Jess Ingham
In the famous Ingham Chicken family, there are many heirs and heirs of billionaires, so it is difficult to focus on one.
But perhaps the most interesting one is Jess Ingham, the 36-year-old granddaughter of late family co-founder Jack Ingham.

Ms. Ingham married Tycoon Tycoon Roger Zraika in 2021 at Sidney CBD. She also has an eight-year-old daughter, Mimi, who has been married from her first time to Alex Macris.
The family lives in a luxurious three-bedroom apartment above John Laws, on the finger dock in Woolloomooloo, who was 27 in 2016.
She briefly covered the market for a $15 million price guide two years ago, but later decided to continue planning to find a larger family home on the ice.
“After celebrating Christmas and New Year there, we think it’s wrong to sell it,” she told AFR.
Her mom Sue may have helped her make her first purchase. Last year, she sold her “private reserve” in Darling Point for $1.405 million through David Malouf of Highland Double Bay.
Peter Holmes short
Peter Holmesà, 57, is in Kenya with his wife, American photographer and humanitarian Alissa Everett.
Peter Holmes was co-owner of the NRL team South Sydney Rabbitohs in 2007.
They live with their five-year-old son Jaden in the capital Nairobi, where they run a network of hotels and event spaces called Afrika House.
He also wrote an autobiography, riding with the Giants, but the Australians will remember him from 2006 to 2014 with Russell Crowe’s South Sydney Rabbit.
He sold a 145-hectagong in 2014 for more than $6 million, called Chain of Ponds, which he bought for $3,405,000.
