Australian Bachelor Former Georgia Love and Lee Elliott’s Melbourne home sold over the weekend.
A dynamic auction weekend also saw a Seaford home with a six-figure inquiry range that unexpectedly changed hands for $1 million.
Australian radio network news reader Ms. Love and Mr. Lee placed their home at 63A Wickham Rd in Hampton East after their breakup in February.

“The reserve is $880,000 and it’s not enough to have a head,” Mr. O’Sughrue.
“Basically, there were 100 people in the crowd, eight bidders registered, and actually five people participated.”
He was “blown away by competitive bidding” and the house was stolen by a family.
Mr O’Sughrue added: “I haven’t seen anything like this in this quarter.”
“Nothing fancy, we just styled it and put some curtains in it,” he said.
“It definitely exceeded my expectations and the supplier’s expectations.”
The Seaford 4 Lexton Court is priced at over $1.13 million.
The kitchen comes with a separate 900mm Westinghouse gas stove and electric oven, wooden desktop and breakfast bar.
Another property that beats the forecast is the Victorian house located at 47 Donald Street, Prasland.
Industry sources said the home was listed for $2.2 million to $2.4 million and sold for $3.28 million.
However, David Sciola, a partner at Jellis Craig, said the reserve was set at $2.4 million and the sale price was undisclosed.
Mr Sciola said the two bidders were composed of local investors and former tenants who were emotionally connected to the residence and both buyers were “very motivated to secure the property”.
“It’s a very competitive three-bedroom, a bathroom period home, very charming and unique home and a quirky renovation in the 90s,” said Mr Sciola.

Set to 256 square meters, the house sells for $1.065 billion, which is $215,000 more.
“The winning bidder was a layoff couple from Tsingshan, accompanied by their son that day,” Bowen said.
