As the Mets move quickly in New York, we look at the stylish $11.5 million ($17.8 million) townhouses in New York City by East Host Anna Wintour.

The star-studded event brought the A-Listers out on the Glam carpet steps and began on May 5th in the New York era. This year’s dress code is super beautiful: tailored black style.
The theme was inspired by the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s spring exhibition, which demonstrates the history and influence of black style in men’s clothing.

The Metropolitan press release reveals Hollywood heavyweights were lucky enough to make sure the invitation would have to reimagine the black “playboy” look.
“Playboy provides black people with the opportunity to use clothes, gestures, sarcasm and wit to change their given identities and imagine new ways to embody political and social possibilities,” the release reads.

This year’s Met Gala co-chairs are Colman Domingo, F1 driver Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky, Pharrell Williams and Chairman Emeritus LeBron James. The team integrates new immigrants with veterans.
The committee includes Urschel, Regina King, Spike Lee, Simone Beals and husbands Jonathan Owens, Janelle Mona, Duchess, Io Ederbiry and many more.

Although the editor of Vogue, 75, recently closed rumors that she approved the appearance of every metropolitan festival, she will certainly prepare for one of the affluent residences.
Since the event was held in Manhattan, the fashion queen, known for her iconic sunglasses and striking personality, has been using her $11.5 million Greenwich Country Townhouse as her primary residence.

Luxurious four-story estates are spread all over 3,690 square feet. The property has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a study and a basement with laundry room. It also has an open concept floor plan.
Wintour secured a townhouse in 1992 for $1.4 million ($2.1 million). Realtor.com® now estimates it is worth $11.5 million.
The property exudes elegance and was built in 1899, built in the Greek Revival style, making it a highly sought after gem.

Wintour is not the only A-Lister that lives in the famous line. Over the years, many stars have been called MacDougal-Sullivan Gardens Home, including Bob Dylan and Baz Luhrmann.
Singer John Hammond Jr., composer Edgard Varese, film director Francesco Carrozzini, and even actor Richard Gere owns the key to the area’s property.

In addition to her New York City mattress, Winthour owns a wide Long Island house located in the famous town of frankincense, on the edge of the Forge River.
Her property is accessed by a private gravel road and owns over 42 acres of land.
She bought the property in 1998 and snapped up adjacent residences in 2013 to create a real estate empire for herself in town.
The home she once shared with her ex-husband Shelby Bryan has a colonial style and is decorated by operators and companies.
Although Hampton is known for its luxurious property and residences, Wintour previously revealed that she wanted something rural so she could retreat.

The interior is decorated with calm neutral tones, stripes and ruffles, and is covered in wood.
The open floor plan features multiple bedrooms, many cozy fireplaces, a library and several seating areas.

While Metropolitan Festival is certainly the most charming night of fashion, Wintour revealed that things still blend together even in the last few hours of the event.
She told Good Morning America, “It’s locked, but you know, ‘locked’ and ‘going’ are very different things.”
Madonna, Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, Rhianna, Charli XCX, Demi Moore and Nick Jonas are just some of the A-listers who show up.
