This is the seventh most watched property in the country auctioned this weekend.

Steve Moffat, sales agent for Kate Smith’s property, sold the home with Kate Smith, who said the property attracted interest from afar.

“We have as many as 70 groups, and many ask buyers and investors who are coming from first-time residences,” he said.

“The person’s character is a bit attractive to people. It’s in the old Durham factory, so it has something different that attracts people.

“With all our interests, I hope we get six registrations and we will be quite confident to sell at the auction.”

Mr. Moffat said – Kate Smith’s 58 Prince St, Alberton’s most-visited auction property on the list last week – the Port area is currently a popular property.

“I was born and bred in Port Adelaide and finally started to see the light,” he said.
