Radio host Charaman God responded to President Trump’s latest comments during his performance Monday, calling him a “racist”, shrugging primarily, saying he hoped the president would succeed.
“Now, personal insult, I don’t care. He calls me a sleazebag. I looked up at the definition of Sleazebag and said it was a disgusting or mean person, and depending on your request, this might apply to me,” the broadcaster said on Monday at the Breakfast Club.
“Well, I personally prefer a friendly community, okay? It’s definitely true, I’ve been surprised by myself all my life.
Radio hosts and frequent political experts are called “racists.”
“He didn’t mention racists. I didn’t mention Lara Trump’s race. I didn’t raise the fact that President Trump issued an executive order directing institutions like Smithsonisian to eliminate or suppress narratives about systemic racism and black history,” Charlamagne said.
President Trump responded to Charlamagne’s appearance on his daughter Lara Trump’s Fox News program in Sunday’s Truth Social Post, calling the radio host a “racist sleazebag” and asked, “Why did he allow him to use the word ‘God’ when describing himself?”
President Trump added: “He is a person with low IQ, not knowing what he says, knowing nothing about me or what I do, like ending 5 wars.”
Trump predicted on Saturday that magazine voters’ anger over his administration’s handling of Jeffrey Epstein’s archives would lead traditional Republicans to take back the party with a “coup.”
“I think there is a political coup happening in the Republican Party at the moment, and people don’t care. I think the thing about Epstein will be a way for traditional conservatives to bring their party back. I do want to.” Charlamagne, whose name is Lenard McKelvey, told Lara.
He said in his performance on Monday that he hopes President Trump continues to “focus on” more important issues.
He said: “President Trump, don’t worry about Leonard, OK, don’t worry about Charlamagne tha God. I know I’m talking about nerves and shocking you a little, but I don’t want you to make a noise.”
“I’m American. I don’t care who’s in the White House. I want America to succeed. But I need you to focus, and now you’re not focused.”
