The creator of Pearl, top Sydney builder developer Central Element will rewrite Bondi’s property history with the highly anticipated Pearl Penthouse, the pinnacle of the project.

“It’s a hidden treasure that reveals only to a few privileges, and we hope that the demand for a pearl penthouse reflects the rarity of what is offered.”
Central Element collects talented architects, garden gardens and interior designers to create Pearl Bondi, consisting of two houses, five apartments in Sandridge ST, cascaded along the coastline and into Wilga St.
The three apartments are entire floor residences with spacious terraces, while the two ground floor apartments will each have a private pool.

Madeleine Blanchfield of Madeleine Blanchfield Architects has hired to design the interiors of seven homes. She is famous and highly sought after in the eastern suburbs.
“Our pearl design approach will center on quiet luxury and sophisticated simplicity – using natural materials, light and texture to create a timeless, grounded and closely connected to the coastal environment,” she said.
Materials like travertine, American oak, Patagonian pink quartzite and brushed stainless steel are all on the pearl palette.
The kitchen features stone island benches, sub-zero and wolf appliances included.
Construction of Pearl Bondi will begin this spring and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027.
