A young Greenville family sold the first house under the hammer for $850,000, and handed it over to the first person after a pair of nine years of ownership.
Sellers Ryan and Michelle Sacco bought 32 Ventura as the first home buyer and raised two kids in the house, which included modern design, open plan living and a low maintenance backyard.
“To be honest, it’s just the design of the house,” Sarco said.

“It has a very modern, smart layout that just works and the moment we see it we can imagine ourselves living here.”
The house became the core of their family life and the lounge was particularly fond of.
“That’s our preferred space – open, bright, and perfect for spending time with a family,” he said.

The deal marks a “bitter and bittersweet” moment when they prepare to upgrade, the couple said.
“This is our first family home, and it’s always special,” Sarco said.

Successful buyers Olga and Guiseppe are attending their first auction after they recently obtained permanent residence in Australia. Olga was originally from Russia, and Guiseppe was from Italy.
“This is our first auction and our last one,” Olga said.

“The bidding opened at $700,000, which ultimately boiled down to two bidders,” said Yunan.
The central bathroom features floor-to-ceiling tiles, wide vanity and a modern separate bathtub.
“The winning bid was handed over to a lovely first home buyer.”
Mr. Eunan said the home’s single-story layout and quality finishes attracted a wide range of buyers.
“This is particularly attractive for those looking for low maintenance and descent measures near transportation, Parklands,” he said.
