Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Dan Caine will introduce Iran’s strike to the media on Thursday morning at the Pentagon.
The Trump administration insisted that the strike on three Iranian nuclear facilities was successful on Saturday. Several media reported on Tuesday that preliminary intelligence assessments found that the bombing delayed Iran’s nuclear program by several months. Since then, President Trump and his cabinet have backed down vigorously.
Trump said Wednesday in a Truth Society Post that Hergers’ press conference would “fight for the dignity of our great American pilots. These patriots were very upset! After 36 hours of dangerously flying over enemy territory, they landed, they knew success was legendary, and then two days later, they started reading CNN and The New York Times’ Fake News!”
The Supreme Court has only a few days left, and the Supreme Court will issue a new ruling at 10 a.m. Thursday. Outstanding opinions include one of the cases of birthright citizenship.
