According to multiple Iranian state media reports, the Israeli military’s overnight attack within Iran killed Hossein Salami, commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Crop (IRGC) in Tehran.
Tasnim News Agency, which is related to the IRGC, reported that “Major General Hossein Salami, the defender of Islamic Revolution, was corrected in the attack on the IRGC headquarters by the Israeli regime.”
According to Iran State TV, the Israeli strike also killed Gholamali Rashid, senior IRGC commander, and at least two well-known nuclear scientists – Iranian State TV, said Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi and Fereydoun Abbasi.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the Israeli military targeted Iran’s nuclear scientists, ballistic missile sites, and Natanz is one of the country’s most abundant facilities.
