President Trump’s approval rate dropped to his lowest 38% in his second term, according to the latest poll from Quinnipiac University.

In a June poll, 38% of registered voters approved the way Trump does his job, while 54% disapprove.

The result marked the first time Trump has dropped the 40% threshold since returning to the office in January – when he enjoyed a historic high job approval rate of 46%.

In February, the figure fell to 45%; in March, it reached 42%; in April, it reached 41%. Quinnipiac University did not release voting data in May.

Immigration remains the president’s best problem and has received 43% approval and 54% disapproved ratings. However, these numbers have dropped slightly since April, when 45% approved 45% and 50% disapprove of his handling of immigration.

Regarding the issue of deportation, 40% approved and 56% disapprove – 42% approved and 53% disapprove since April.

Trump’s approval is 40% of the economy, 38% of trade, 37% of the university, 35% of the Israel-Hamas conflict, and 34% of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

“With the limitations of the Russian-Ukrainian war in its third year, Americans have made it clear that they have little interest in the way the Trump administration handles the situation,” Tim Malloy, a poll analyst at Quinnipiac University, said in a statement.

The average voting maintained by the decision-making station headquarters showed that Trump’s job approval rate was 47%, and 49.9% disapproval. A poll by YouGov/economist this week has received 45% approval among registered voters, while his disapproval is 53%.

The latest poll was conducted from June 5 to 9 with 1,265 self-identified registered voters. The error range is 2.8 percentage points.
