Reporter Terry Moran said he would not be able to renew his contract after President Trump and top White House aide Stephen Miller swung.

“I am a reporter and host of ABC News,” Moran said in an article on social platform X on Wednesday.

He added: “Now I’m replacing that amazing space and I can’t wait to participate in the important work that all of us have to do.”

A spokesman for ABC said Tuesday that “is at the end of the agreement with Terry Moran, based on his recent position – a clear violation of ABC News Policy – we decided not to renew.”

“In ABC News, we will meet all journalists with the highest standards of objectivity, equity and professionalism, and we remain committed to delivering direct, trustworthy journalism,” the spokesperson added.

Last weekend, Moran was suspended by the network and published an article on X, where he called Miller a “world-class hater” and said: “You can see this by looking at him because you can see that his hatred is a spiritual nourishment. He ate his hatred.”

Trump also received criticism from Moran in his post, who also called him “world-class hatred”, saying “his hatred is just a means to achieve his end, and it is his own glory. It is his spiritual nourishment.”
