Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (DN.Y.) gave a new name for “Big and Beautiful Bill” Wednesday, calling it “Okay, we’re all going to die.”

Schumer appeared at a press conference with Maggie Hassan (DN.H.) and Ron Wyden (D-ore.) and stood next to a sign that read “Well, we’ll all die”, a reference to Sen. Joni Ernst’s previous comment (r-iowa.).

“The more you look at the bills on the House bill, the better it will be,” Schumer said in a press conference.

The New York Democrats later added: “The bill is just a tax break for the super-rich, paid for health care for up to 16 million Americans.”

In a recent town hall in Butler, Iowa, Ernst defended spending reforms in the House of Representatives’ “Big and Beautiful Act” that included those that would prevent people from getting federal benefits if they entered the country illegally.

One person in the crowd tried to talk about the senator, interrupted her while answering questions about Medicaid and the changes in snapshots and shouted that people were “death.”

“Well, we’ll all die,” Ernst replied, Painting Jace.

Ernst later doubled in comments on social media, saying in his Instagram post on Saturday that she “made the wrong assumption that everyone in the auditorium knew that yes, we will all perish from the earth.”

The mountain has been in contact with Ernst’s office.
