2025 Block: Aerial Countdown begins shooting in Daylesford, Victoria

The shooting blocks for the popular reality renovation show have been wrapped in the town of Victorian Deersford, and the area’s real estate market has attracted buyers’ interest due to the promotion of the program.

Will Walton, principal of Belle Property Daylesford – whose company sold the sprawling Raglan Street website to nine networks where it built five blocks of homes, he said any property under $1 million is selling quickly.

“We’ve been tremendously excited about the actual everyday buyers, saying they’re motivated or encouraged by the whole publicity they’ve come here,” he told Realestate.com.au.

“It’s not investors, it’s the decision of young people and families to change the trees. In fact, it feels a bit like Kuvid.

“Of course, of course, people are worried about how the prices might take off in urban areas, and people are just saying, ‘We just can’t afford a house on the subway, and we can buy a lovely home here for $850,000, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.”

Kim McQueen, director of McQueen Real Estate Daylesford, confirmed she is a House 5 sales agent, and he said the market will certainly grow slightly, with May being the biggest sales month she has in 12 months.

“In every assessment we conducted, our vendors were saying, ‘What’s the difference between the neighborhoods?’ she said.

“Overall, I think it’s very positive that Daylesford is a very beautiful part of Victoria and will look even more spectacular on the block.

“I know some of the places they photographed were really beautiful. There are places that a lot of people don’t even know.

“This will certainly give Daylesford more access to the map.”

Filming of the 21st season of The Popular Reality Refurbishment Plan began in March, was abandoned due to complaints from locals after the production plan sets production plans for Daylesford’s 2024 milestone season.

Social media posts by foreman Dan Reilly and Judges Marty Fox pay tribute to the final day of the filming.

In his posts – he also noted that this year was his 11th season, when the show’s foreman – Dan said the series was “the best team you can ask for.”

“Thanks to all the contestants, crew and everyone who made this book for the book. Can’t wait to see it all on the screen!” he added.

In response to follower comments, Dan also noted that the series is “epic” and “our best epic.”

Marty Fox also posted his trademark: “Sealed Transaction Post, his photos pointing to the climax of the filming Season 21 and the show’s 1,000^Th episode.

Five homes were overhauled this year in the street building that formed a new community in the Middleton Field New Housing Estate of Hygge property, located at the eastern entrance to the area.

On the street, Mr. Walton said the end result looked interesting, but somewhat obscure.

“What you can see from the street looks very interesting,” he said.

“There are bricks, wood and building cladding mixed together.”

Block executive producer Julian Cress also posted the end of the memorial shoot on Instagram, showing across the bar across the town.

Filming this year took another week than the previous season, with rumors that the neighborhood will air in August.

Mr Walton said many businesses in Daylesford were thinking about how wonderful it was to have a neighborhood in town.

“There are a lot of public posts on Facebook about community organizations that have achieved these benefits,” he said.

“Obviously, they all played on Saturday’s local football club to enjoy the atmosphere of the country football game, which is always fun and fun.

“They are part of the community and I think it’s absolutely great. I think they may have now had a new template of how to engage in future work when they live in a lifestyle destination like ours.”
