Stacey and Thomas Woolf put their “perfect family home” on the market, sadly saying goodbye to space, modern life and cave sheds that have barely used humans.

The couple called the property at 75 Varro Rd in Lloyd Creek over the past four years and welcomed both children in the process.

“It’s grand,” Mrs. Woolf said.

“It’s a perfect family home and we wouldn’t sell if we didn’t have to move.”

The property is based on 2 hectares and returns to the jungle, but only five minutes from the Humpty Doo store.

The property includes a four-bedroom family home, a new shed, a swimming pool and plenty of lawn space.

Mrs. Woolf said: “I love a beautiful modern family.”

“The movie room is great with the kids’ movie night.

“The dining and living spaces are open to the terrace, so they are perfect for entertaining and watching the kids play.

“We had our third birthday party and Christmas here and we often had friends to come and grill.”

This house has a double garage, covered entrance and a separate media room.

The open living, dining and kitchen areas have sliding doors to the covered outdoor entertainment area, while the kitchen features island benches and top appliances.

The master bedroom has walk-in robes and ensuites, while the remaining three bedrooms have robes.

The property also includes a family bathroom, an interior laundry and a second living space.

The floor plan of the house will allow the media room and the second living area to be converted into a bedroom as well.

Outside, the underground pool is fenced and sits near the terrace, with many established lawn spaces and gardens around the house.

“We also cleaned the back of the land and built a full vegetarian garden,” Mrs. Woolf said.

The huge insulated shed is less than six months old and has a separate beer room as well as a balcony in front.

Mrs. Woolf said the property allowed her family to make the most of the top lifestyle.

“We live most of the time outside, enjoy the lawn, the pool and play on the terrace,” she said.

“We had only one neighbor and the other side backed into the bush.

“We are keen runners, so we run the kids very much.”

The property is close to shops and schools and has easy access to Coolalinga and Palmerston.
