A woman at a real estate event is coming to Townsville this month with the goal of connecting women in the industry in an informal and interesting environment.
The main lady and conversations of real estate will be held in Townsville on May 29.
Sally Patch, chairman of Queensland Real Estate Leading Ladies, said the goal of leading ladies in real estate is to celebrate and enhance women in the real estate industry.
“We are delighted to take the ladies back to Townsville – this is just our second event outside the capital,” she said.
“Our activities are all about real connections, real stories and real inspiration.”
Ms. Patch said the organization is an industry-wide initiative with a mission to inspire and empower real estate women to realize their full potential in their personal and professionalism.
With the support of the industry, the community is inclusive and operates with an understanding of “things you can’t see.”

The main ladies of real estate have established communities in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and New Zealand.
The organization offers face-to-face networking opportunities and a monthly podcast series that showcases the journey of women across the industry.
Tickets for Townsville Canapes and conversational events are $85 and include snacks, drinks and internet opportunities.
The main lady of real estate snacks and conversations is Wednesday, May 29 from 6pm to 9pm in Metropole.
